Our French Rooster bag holder is made completely of fabric.  Put your trash bags in the top and pull out the bottom.  Elastic around top and bottom openings and a fabric cord for hanging from the top.  Ships folded and flat.  To fill out the rooster's shape, stuff bags into each corner.
